All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and will be charged as such.
Unless stated otherwise, each piece is custom made to order, with the exception of one off pieces, and can take around 2-4 weeks to produce. Please feel free to get in touch via the contact page if you have any queries at all.
All orders are now sent via DHL Express.
Shipping rates (in AUD):
Australia (1 day)
Orders up to $300 - $20 shipping fee
Orders over $300 - free shipping
New Zealand (1-2 days)
Orders up to $150 - $50 shipping fee
Orders $150-300 - $30 shipping fee
Orders $300-$500 - $10 shipping fee
Orders over $500 - free shipping
International (up to 7 days)
Orders up to $150 - $60 shipping fee
Orders $150-$300 - $40 shipping fee
Orders $300-$800 - $20 shipping fee
Orders over $800 - free shipping
Please make sure to provide your full name, address and phone number, along with any delivery notes at checkout. Georgie is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post.
It’s important to keep an eye on the tracking of your parcel. Georgie is not responsible for your item once it is sent, any further necessary postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due to COVID, there may be shipping delays.
International shipping: All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Before purchasing please ensure you are informed of import conditions in your country with a quick Google search. Georgie is not responsible for items not accepted in the country of the purchaser or for import duties and taxes.
I do not accept refunds for items if you have changed your mind. If you are not happy with the item you may return it within 7 days of receipt for another item or a store credit (custom items not included). Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging. All postage costs on returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the item is faulty I will replace or repair it. If you damage your Georgie Harrison jewellery just get in touch and I can repair it, if possible, for a small fee dependent on the extent of the damage.
I do not offer returns for incorrect ring sizes. Ring resizing is available for a fee where possible. If you are unsure of sizing please get in touch via the contact page.
Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
