Each piece is custom made to order, with the exception of one off and ready to ship pieces, and takes up to 6 weeks to produce. Please feel free to get in touch via the contact page if you have any queries at all.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping and all orders are sent express via Deutsche post. International parcels will be handed to the local postal service in the destination country and can be tracked via their tracking system.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include production time.

You can opt to have your order sent via DHL Express. This service will include an additional fee. Please contact for quote.

Please make sure to provide your full name, address and phone number, along with any delivery notes at checkout. Georgie Harrison is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. 

All orders are provided a tracking number when shipped. Georgie Harrison is not responsible for your item once it is marked ‘delivered’ by the carrier.

Any further necessary postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items not accepted for delivery will be returned to Georgie Harrison at the expense of the purchaser. 

International shipping: Orders are sent insured and the value will be declared on customs documentation. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Before purchasing please ensure you are informed of import conditions in your country. Georgie Harrison is not responsible for items not accepted in the country of the purchaser or for import duties and taxes.

Returns

Unless labelled ‘ready to ship’ or ‘in stock’ all items are made to order and we do not accept returns for change of mind. 

‘In stock’ and ‘ready to ship’ pieces can be returned for change of mind. Returns must be communicated with us via email within 14 days of delivery. This is governed by right of withdrawal laws for customers in the European Union. 

If you are not happy with an item, please contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution that suits both parties.

In the event an item is returned, it must be sent within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and packaged securely with customer information. All postage costs, taxes and fees on returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Custom pieces are strictly not eligible for return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer returns for incorrect ring sizes. Ring resizing is available for a fee where possible. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure of sizing please get in touch via the contact page.

Georgie Harrison reserves the right to refuse ring-sizing.

Damage or faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the item is faulty we will replace or repair it at our discretion. If you damage your Georgie Harrison jewellery please contact us. We offer repairs, where possible, for a small fee dependent on the extent of the damage.

Ring sizing or repairs made by another jeweller will release Georgie Harrison from any responsibility for condition of the piece.
