Terms, Shipping, Returns

Prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD$) unless selected otherwise.

Each piece is custom made to order, with the exception of one off pieces, and takes around 3-6 weeks to produce. Please feel free to get in touch via the contact page if you have any queries at all.

If your country is not available for shipping, please get in touch.

Shipping

Orders are sent express via Australia post. International parcels will be handed to the local postal service in the destination country and can be tracked via their tracking system.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include production time.

    Please make sure to provide your full name, address and phone number, along with any delivery notes at checkout. GH (Georgie Harrison) is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. 

    It’s important to keep an eye on the tracking of your parcel. GH is not responsible for your item once it is sent, any further necessary postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    International shipping: Orders are sent insured and the value will be declared on customs documentation. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Before purchasing please ensure you are informed of import conditions in your country with a quick Google search. GH is not responsible for items not accepted in the country of the purchaser or for import duties and taxes. 

    Returns

    All items are made to order and GH does not accept returns for items if you have changed your mind. If you are not happy with an item, please get in touch and GH will endeavour to find a solution that suits both parties. In the event an item is returned, it must be sent within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and packaged securely with customer information. All postage costs, taxes and fees on returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Custom pieces are strictly not eligible for return.

    Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    GH does not offer returns for incorrect ring sizes. Ring resizing is available for a fee where possible. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure of sizing please get in touch via the contact page.

    GH reserves the right to refuse ring-sizing.

    Damage or faults

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact GH immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so GH can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the item is faulty GH will replace or repair it at her discretion. If you damage your GH jewellery just get in touch and GH can repair it, where possible, for a small fee dependent on the extent of the damage.

    Ring sizing or repairs made by another jeweller will release GH from any responsibility for condition of the piece.

    Agreement
