To preserve the longevity and appearance of your jewellery, we recommend routine cleaning and conscious wear.

To clean your jewellery use warm water and dish cleaning liquid with a soft bristled toothbrush, a metal specific cleaning cloth or metal specific cleaning solution. Always follow the instructions on the container and be cautious with gemstones, oxidised (blackened) metal and matte finishes. Dirt accumulates behind gemstones and cases them to appear dull. To remedy, clean behind the gemstone gently with a toothbrush to restore its appearance. 

Please keep in mind:

• Chlorinated water and natural hot springs oxidises silver and 9ct gold.
• Applying cosmetics and perfumes before putting on your jewellery can cause long term damage.
• Stone settings can loosen and wear over time and should be inspected regularly to ensure the stones remain secure.

Unsure of your ring size? A ring sizer can be purchased separately here or requested with your ring purchase. Production on your ring will begin once your sizer has been delivered and your size communicated to us.

When you are happy with the size, please take a photo and send it via email to mail@georgieharrison.com. The production on your ring can now begin!

Your fingers may change size slightly throughout the day and activity levels and weather can affect your size measurements. It’s best to measure your size a few times over a period of a couple of days to get a clearer reading. It’s not recommended to measure your size first thing in the morning.

How to use:

Curve the sizer around so that the end can slide through the opening (like a zip tie). Place the sizer over your preferred finger and pull the end so that the sizer is sitting snugly (not tightly) around your finger. You should be able to slide the sizer over your knuckle with some resistance.

Things to keep in mind:

If you have larger knuckles you may need to go for a size that doesn’t sit quite so snuggly on the base of your finger so that the ring will be able to slide over your knuckle.

If the base of your finger is larger than your knuckle, make sure the sizer fits more snuggly. This is particularly relevant to the pinky finger. Pinky rings usually demand a slightly firmer fit than other fingers as they can slide off more easily due to the shape of the finger. 

Ring sizing is not an exact science and will come down to personal preference at the end of the day. Pay attention to how your other rings fit and the feeling you prefer.

The plastic of the sizer doesn’t have the same weight as a ring, so your ring may feel a bit different with the weight of the metal. Your ring will also not have the flexibility of the plastic sizer, so it won’t be able to change shape to slide over your knuckle.

STERLING SILVER - 925
Sterling silver is an alloy consisting of 92.5% pure silver and the remaining 7.5% made up of copper. An alloy that is a harder, more workable metal than pure silver. The copper content oxidises upon contact with chemicals and gases in the atmosphere, environment and the skin, causing a darkening known as tarnishing. Sterling silver is the most common silver alloy found in jewellery and is best maintained with routine care and cleaning.

ARGENTIUM SILVER - 935
Argentium silver is a contemporary tarnish resistant silver alloy containing the metalloid germanium in place of some of the copper in the traditional sterling silver. It consists of 93.5% pure silver and requires less maintenance than sterling silver.

FINE SILVER - 999
Fine silver is the term for pure silver, an elemental metal with a bright white colour and desirable weight. Despite being resistant to tarnishing, fine silver’s softness means it’s suitable for only select applications.

9CT GOLD - 375
9ct gold is an alloy containing 37.5% pure gold with the remaining 62.5% comprising of other metals such as silver, copper and zinc. The combination and ratio of alloy metals will determine the colour of the gold alloy, ranging from yellow, white and rose. In comparison, 9ct yellow gold is paler yellow than 18ct yellow gold, and 9ct white gold is a light, warm grey colour.

18CT GOLD - 750
A high gold content alloy containing 75% pure gold with the remaining 25% comprising of other metals such as silver, copper and palladium. The combination and ratio of alloy metals will determine the colour of the gold alloy; yellow, white or rose. 18ct gold has a richer colour than lower content alloys due to the high percentage of pure gold, and will last better than lower gold content alloys over the years. 18ct yellow gold is a rich yellow colour, and 18ct white gold is a dark, warm grey colour.

We welcome custom projects and work collaboratively to bring your vision to life. Together, we discuss, outline, design and create every piece in respect to its sentiment. To begin the process, please fill out the form in detail. Once we have reviewed your proposal, we will arrange a consultation either in person at our Munich studio, or via video or phone call.

Our custom projects require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Production times vary based on the project's specifics, but we ensure full transparency regarding timelines before accepting any work.

Each piece is custom made to order, with the exception of one off and ready to ship pieces, and takes up to 6 weeks to produce. Please feel free to get in touch via the contact page if you have any queries at all.

We offer complimentary shipping and all orders are sent express via Deutsche post. International parcels will be handed to the local postal service in the destination country and can be tracked via their tracking system.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include production time.

You can opt to have your order sent via DHL Express. This service will include an additional fee. Please contact for quote.

All orders are provided a tracking number when shipped. Georgie Harrison is not responsible for your item once it is marked ‘delivered’ by the carrier.

Any further necessary postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items not accepted for delivery will be returned to Georgie Harrison at the expense of the purchaser. 

International shipping: Orders are sent insured and the value will be declared on customs documentation. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Before purchasing please ensure you are informed of import conditions in your country. Georgie Harrison is not responsible for items not accepted in the country of the purchaser or for import duties and taxes.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If the item is faulty we will replace or repair it at our discretion. If you damage your Georgie Harrison jewellery please contact us. We offer repairs, where possible, for a small fee dependent on the extent of the damage.

Ring sizing or repairs made by another jeweller will release Georgie Harrison from any responsibility for condition of the piece.

Unless labelled ‘ready to ship’ or ‘in stock’ all items are made to order and we do not accept returns for change of mind. 

‘In stock’ and ‘ready to ship’ pieces can be returned for change of mind. Returns must be communicated with us via email within 14 days of delivery. This is governed by right of withdrawal laws for customers in the European Union. 

If you are not happy with an item, please contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution that suits both parties.

In the event an item is returned, it must be sent within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and packaged securely with customer information. All postage costs, taxes and fees on returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Custom pieces are strictly not eligible for return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
