To clean your jewellery, use warm water and dish cleaning liquid with a soft bristled toothbrush, a metal specific cleaning cloth or metal specific cleaning solution. Jewellery cleaning solutions can strip special finishes and plating, and damage enamel and gems so please use with caution and always follow the instructions on the container. Please be cautious with oxidised (blackened) metal. Matte finishes, oxidisation and gold plating will wear over time.

Wipe your jewellery with a soft cleaning cloth after wearing and store in the box provided to minimise tarnishing. Avoid storing with non-precious metals.

Stone settings can loosen and wear over time and should be inspected from time to time to make sure any stones remain secure.

Gold plating and gold vermeil are finishes that require maintenance. They are not intended as everyday pieces as the plating will wear over time. Replating will be necessary eventually, more often so if you're wearing the item regularly. Take care not to wear gold plated pieces when swimming and always apply cosmetics and perfumes before putting on your jewellery.
